Shipping & Delivery

CHANGE OR AMEND YOUR SHIPPING DETAILS I made a mistake in my shipping details — what do I do? If you've entered the wrong delivery information or need to make a change, please contact me as soon as possible at sales@RLGalleries.com.au. Once your order has been dispatched, I won’t be able to change the delivery address. However, if it’s already on the way, you can try updating your delivery directly with Australia Post using the tracking link sent to your inbox or by calling their customer service.

TRACKING Once your piece has been hand-wrapped and carefully packaged by me, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your delivery from there. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out at sales@RLGalleries.com.au.

DELIVERY TIME Artwork is typically dispatched within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Each piece is carefully prepared and packed with attention to detail. If you need express shipping or would like your order shipped after a specific date, please email me at sales@RLGalleries.com.au and I’ll do my best to tailor the delivery to suit your needs.
