Terms & Conditions – RL Galleries 

Welcome to RLGalleries. By accessing or using our website (www.rlgalleries.com.au), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which apply to all users and customers. Please read them carefully. 

 

Eligibility to Purchase 

To place an order through RLGalleries: 

  • You must have a valid debit or credit card that we accept (see our payment at the bottom of the page). 

  • You must be authorised to use that card (e.g. it is in your name or you have permission). 

By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are true and accurate. 

 

Order Placement & Product Descriptions 

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. 

  • Product images on our site are as accurate as possible, but may vary slightly due to device screen settings. 

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if a pricing error or listing mistake occurs. In that case, we will contact you with the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund. 

  • Orders are confirmed upon dispatch, not when the order is placed. 

 

Prices & Payment 

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). 

  • Payment is due in full when transfering 

  • Pricing is subject to change based on availability, demand, or commercial updates. 

  • Discount codes may have specific conditions. If those conflict with general terms, the discount-specific terms apply. 

 

Shipping & Delivery 

  • We currently ship across Australia (international shipping coming soon). 

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for handling, and an additional 5–10 business days for delivery. 

  • Shipping is handled via Australia Post or by RL Galleries directly. 

  • You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch. 

 

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations 

  • All artworks are original and hand-created; therefore, we do not accept refunds for a change of mind. 

  • Cancellations are not allowed. 

  • In the rare case of damage during shipping, please email photographic proof to info@rlgalleries.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. 

 

Intellectual Property 

  • All artwork, photographs, text, and design on this site are the intellectual property of Alex Ryan / RL Galleries. 

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without written permission. 

  • The RL Galleries name, logo, and any related marks are protected trademarks. 

 

Website Use & Linking 

  • You may view and interact with this website for personal use only. 

  • You may link to our homepage if done legally, fairly, and without damaging our reputation. 

  • You must not frame this site on another site or suggest association or endorsement where none exists.

Privacy & Data 

  • Your data is handled according to our [Privacy Policy] and in line with Australian data protection laws. 

  • Payments processed by Stripe are subject to Stripe’s own privacy and data processing terms. More info can be found here.

Legal Agreement & Contract Formation 

  • By clicking "Confirm and Pay," you commit to completing the purchase. 

  • A contract is formed between you and RL Galleries only once you receive an email confirming dispatch. 

  • RL Galleries retains the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion.
