We aim to ensure your artwork arrives safely and promptly. Please review the following information before placing your order.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
Custom artworks may take longer and will be discussed upon commission.

Shipping Times & Costs

Standard shipping typically takes 7–10 business days within Australia.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on size, weight, and the number of artworks purchased.
We are not responsible for postal delays once the item has been dispatched, as delivery times are estimates provided by the courier.

Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Damaged or Lost Items
Due to the unique and handmade nature of our artworks, all sales are final.

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Alexanderryan09@outlook.com with:

Clear photographs of the damage
Your order number and full name

We will assess the issue and offer:

A replacement (if applicable), or
A refund or store credit if the issue cannot be resolved

Note: Return shipping may be required at your cost.
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for:

Packages lost due to incorrect addresses
Missed deliveries
Unclaimed parcels

Re-shipping fees will apply if the item is returned to us.
